What is the minimum order for custom printing?

Our minimum order quantity varies based on the printing method and fabric. For screen printing, we require a minimum of 100 pieces per design. For DTF printing and embrodiery services, the minimum is 30 pieces. Contact us for specific requirements.

How long does delivery take within Klang Valley/East Malaysia?

For Klang Valley areas, standard delivery takes 7-15 working days after design approval. For East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), please allow 15-20 working days. We also offer express services (3-5 days) for urgent orders with additional charges.

Which fabric is best for Malaysia's hot weather?

For Malaysia's hot and humid climate, we recommend 160gsm Cotton or Interlock Microfiber. These fabrics are breathable, moisture-wicking, and provide excellent comfort in tropical weather. For outdoor activities, our Dri-Fit microfiber range is specifically designed to keep you cool and dry.

Do you provide design services?

Customer provide printing artwork in adobe illustrator (Ai) format. We'll work with you to ensure your design looks great on the chosen fabric and printing method.

What file formats do you accept for printing?

We accept vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for best results. We also accept high-resolution raster files (PNG, JPG, PSD) at 300 DPI. If you're unsure about your file format, just send us what you have and our team will advise you accordingly.

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes, we provide sample service for a nominal fee that is deductible from your first bulk order. This allows you to check the fabric quality, fit, and print quality before committing to a large order.
